Mission and Philosophy
Our mission is to improve proficiency in reading and to improve the attitudes each child has about himself or herself and reading. The program must function as a supplemental feature within the framework of the school program and provide appropriate services to pupils, teachers and parents. Every attempt should be made to increase and improve relationships between the home and school in regard to the child’s instructional needs.
