Congratulations to the Otter River Elementary School Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Gina Hogan!
Mrs. Hogan has taught for BCPS her entire 27-year career. She now teaches kindergarten at ORES, and she is loved by her students, families, & colleagues! Parents describe her as "calm, structured, and passionate". Mrs. Hogan is an excellent communicator, an involved staff member, and a caring person. She uses her teaching experience to build an effective classroom community and to strengthen the positive culture of the school. ORES is honored to recognize Mrs. Hogan as our Teacher of the Year!
