Sarah Button
My name is Sarah Button, and I have been teaching for 7 years. I have recently relocated from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Previously, I taught first or second grade.
I truly enjoy assisting each child as he/she works hard to grow smarter. I currently teach a combination 4th/5th grade reading/writing/language arts class as well as 4th and 5th grade social studies.
I truly feel at home here at Otter River Elementary and am honored to have the opportunity to serve you and your children.

7:35-8:15 Morning Meeting/Morning Work
8:15-9:00 Resource (M:Music, T:PE, W:PE,TH:Art, F: Library)
9:05-10:05 Language Arts
10:10-11:50 4th Grade Social Studies
11:55-12:25 Lunch
12:25-12:45 Recess
12:50-2:30 5th Grade Social Studies
2:35 Dismissal with homeroom teacher
Classroom Expectations:
-listen carefully
-follow directions given by any adult
-work quietly (do not disturb others)
-respect others (classmates and teachers)
-be kind with words and actions
-respect school and personal property
-work and play safely
Grading Policy:
90-100 A
80-89 B
70-79 C
60-69 D
Below 60 F
Students are expected to turn all assignments incompleted and on time. Any problems with completing assignments should bediscussed immediately with the teacher. Any assignments that are lost orturned in late will result in the loss of a RESPECT letter due toirresponsibility.
